This was my first time getting my teeth whitened and the overall process was ok. The space unfortunately was not up to par. I shared a small space with another patient, which is fine but unexpected. When the technician was done adding the solution to my teeth or the other patients, the pen would be set down without putting the cap back on and it was clear the technician did not know which pen was used for which patient. I did not feel confident that the pen being used on my teeth hadn’t already been used which was very unpleasant. Overall, fine process but would not come back.

This place deserves a solid 3 stars in my opinion. They were accommodating to me asking to come in for an earlier appointment last minute, the tech was very nice, and i felt like the place was hygienic however, the room was super small and did not look like the store front in all the photos. Its a room in a salon lofts sort of building, it was confusing to find personally, and when I walked in there were a few reclining chairs and a table with the materials and thats all. Not a huge deal but for the price point and compared to the photos in the reviews it was not the nicest environment and not what i expected. The service was good like I said, my teeth were so white after so it was definitely worth it in that department. Do NOT get the teeth gems though, mine literally feel off as soon as i left. I got a gem on each of my canines and as I was talking to my friend telling her how happy i was about the gems one literally fell onto my tongue as i was talking LMAO. I called immediately and asked for a refund on both and the owner said thats fine but its hard to way if the other one would come off too because they are supposed to last up to 3 years….well as i expected the other fell off literally an hour later. So save your $75 and just go do it at home or somewhere else. To be honest I'm not sure whats special about this place, for the $170 i spent i feel like i could've done this at home like there were no special materials they used it was just a whitening pen and some led lights. Take with that what you will. No disrespect to the owner, she sounded sweet but this is my honest opinion.

The advertising for this place is a bit misleading. It's not "plant based" - it's hydrogen peroxide gel activated by LED lights. The place was tiny and I shared a space with another patient who walked in and said she was recovering from the flu - so here we are spitting in the same sink in this tiny room. The actual technician was very professional and nice, but I would rather go to my dentist to get this done in a hygienic, professional setting next time.

I am a perfectionist so I had my tooth gems readjusted throughout my visit, and even returned for an adjustment. Bri is so kind, patient, and professional. She was happy to readjust my gems until I was happy with their placement! I love this business because they treat their clients so kindly and make sure the results are perfect for them. Thank you Bri, 10/10 would recommend!

I had a great experience! I was surprised by how little sensitivity I felt, especially compared to when I’ve used Crest strips in the past and experienced a lot of discomfort. The process was very easy and went by quickly. I recommend bringing headphones and a light blanket or hoodie.
